All tours will take place on Thursday, April 29th
Tours will be every ten minutes during two sessions:
- Morning: 10:00 to 10:50 (6 tours total)
- Afternoon: 12:00 to 12:40 (4 tours total)
Each tour group is limited to 6 guests. You’ll choose your time slot when you purchase your ticket, and once a tour fills up, that time will be marked as sold out.
Tours are available to paid registered attendees only. If all time slots are sold out, please email us at pez100th@gmail.com to join the waitlist.
**IMPORTANT DETAILS** Please read thoroughly before signing up
The factory tour is a guided walking tour with a PEZ employee that will share information and answer specific questions to the best of their ability. You will see behind the scenes from ‘sugar
to shipping’ the actual facility used to produce PEZ candy!
Plan for each tour to take 30-45 minutes without a break. You will be on your feet the entire time in areas that are noisy or have strong smells. Once the tour departs, you are required to stay with your PEZ tour guide and follow their direction the entire time.
All tour participants MUST wear closed-toed-shoes (no sandals, Crocs, clogs, flip flops or heels)
Long pants are required (no shorts, skirts or capris- pants must be ankle length)
Important: No jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, earrings or watches) or visible piercings are permitted.
Hats may not be worn and no personal items (pocketbooks, purses or bags of any kind) will be permitted.
Gum, candy, medicine, food or drink are also not permitted.
Long hair must be pulled back and facial hair covered.
Full PPE (personal protective equipment) provided by PEZ
must be worn including lab coats, hair bouffant, and facial hair coverings.
Mobility devices, scooters, walkers, etc will not be allowed on the tour for insurance/safety reasons.
Minimum age to participate is 10 years or older and that child must be accompanied by a registered adult on the same tour. Infants, strollers, or children under 10 years of age will not be allowed for insurance/safety reasons.
If you are not able or willing to abide by the requirements, please do not sign up for a tour. If you are not dressed appropriately to meet the outlined requirements you will not be able to participate and will not be able to receive a refund.
PEZ does not have a secure area to store your personal belongings so please plan accordingly.
