To get this rate, you must use the booking link below or mention the PEZ 100th anniversary when you call and book your room. This rate will only be honored until March 31, 2027. After this date we will NOT be able to get you the group rate. Our block covers Wednesday April 28th through Sunday May 2. If you are looking to add nights either earlier or later, please contact us so we can work with the hotel to do that.
**We know there are issues with booking the hotel right now. We are working with them on it. If you are unable to book online, make your reservation by phone. If the front desk tells you it has to be separate reservations with a check out and back in on Saturday, book as two reservations and we will work on fixing it on the back end.**
Room Assignments
We do our best to get our dealers together in the hotel. If you plan to sell out of your room PLEASE indicate this on your registration form so we can try to keep you on the lower floors of the hotel. If you do not let us know you are selling out of your room we can't help make the right room arrangements. If you have specific needs or requests (accessible room, adjoining rooms, etc.) please contact us directly at pez100th@gmail.com.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You have a much better chance of being in the main hotel on the floor that you want if you are registered and reserved early! We meet with the hotel 30 days in advance to create the final room arrangements. All rooms can be canceled as late as 72 hours before you check in with no penalty so the earlier the better!
